REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are FINAL, unless your items are defective or damaged during transit. If this is the case, we will require evident photo proof of claimed damage or issue. In the case of a return/order cancellation request is approved, we will send you a prepaid label to ship the item(s) back in order to complete the process.
In the case that the claim does not fall under defective or damaged item(s), if your request for a refund is approved then you will be responsible for covering shipping fees to return the item back to us. Once we have received the item(s), we will process your refund in a timely manner.
Please review your cart and information to confirm before placing your order. Once your item has been processed or shipped, no edits/changes can be made.
If you need to contact us for an address change or order issue, please send us a DM immediately on instagram @GlowBeaute for a faster response. If the address you provided is invalid and order is sent back, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. All other issues can be emailed at www.GlowBeauteSalon.com
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/WRONG/MISSING ITEMS
Please inspect your order within 3 days upon receiving package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing items, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Please include clear photos and a detail description of the issue including order number.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the packing slip or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or any further inquiries, you can contact us at info@GlowBeauteSalon.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items must be sent back within 3 business days to be considered eligible for an exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUND
If upon agreement of cancellation, or refund- customer will be refunded the total amount minus processing and shipping fees.
If we cannot replace your item or if granted, we may offer a refund. We will notify you once we’ve received your item and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or as store credit. We are not responsible for carrier damages to parcels, if damaged we will send a replacement. Refunds are not eligible. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not refund shipping expenses.
